Hieee! I’m Sreekar. I’ve picked up a lot of hobbies over the years and most of them quietly faded. But coffee didn’t.

The more I learned, the more I realized how deep this rabbit hole goes. There’s an entire world behind every cup — the farm it came from, the hands that processed it, the chemistry happening in brewer. And I want to understand all of it.

So that’s what this blog is. I pick something I’m curious about, dig in, and write it down here. Sometimes it’s a brewing method, sometimes it’s a roast profile, sometimes it’s the story behind a bean.
